Star Klasse Automotive offer a personal three months parts and labour warranty with every vehicle at the point of sale. This comprehensive written warranty not only shows our confidence in the very high standard of the cars we sell, but also demonstrates that we do not need to 'hide behind' third party insurance-based warranty products.
If your new car should develop an issue under our warranty then we would offer two possible courses of action depending on the distance involved. For customers who live within a reasonable distance of our location we would arrange to have any repairs undertaken by either our preferred BMW Specialist, Clayton Cars or our preferred Mercedes-Benz Specialist, Avantgarde Automotive.
If the distance involved is too great or the circumstances make this course of action inappropriate, then we will liaise with your local BMW or Mercedes-Benz independent specialist to ensure that any repairs are carried out our mutual satisfaction.
Our warranty is backed up by the very conscientious and personal level of service that we offer our customers. We are always available at the other end of a phone to ensure that the few problems that can occur are dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a way that will give the least possible inconvenience to our customer.
Due to the operating style of our business all viewings and test-drives are by pre-arranged appointment only.
